Pipe Rehabilitation

Waterland specializes in advanced pipe rehabilitation techniques that minimize disruption and enhance pipeline integrity. From innovative Spot Lining and V-Liner technologies to Waterline Cast™ and Thermoform methods, we offer non-destructive solutions for various pipeline needs. Our approach ensures efficient repairs while maintaining safety and compliance with environmental standards.

Waterland specializes in advanced engineering designs for the rehabilitation of defective pipelines, utilizing modern trenchless techniques that minimize disruption to the public. Instead of traditional excavation, new pipes or patches are formed inside existing pipelines, allowing for seamless repairs. Our relining services accommodate a wide range of pipeline diameters, from Ø50 to 2100mm, using various materials tailored to specific needs.

Waterline Cast™

Waterline Cast offers a styrene-free geopolymer mortar lining that repairs and resurfaces damaged pipes and structures. This solution is non-clogging and can be applied to both circular and non-circular structures, suitable for manholes, culverts, and sewer systems. With a working time of 60-90 minutes, it provides a quick and effective repair option for slightly to fully deteriorated surfaces.

CIPP Lining (Full Lining)

Our Full Lining service provides a comprehensive solution for rehabilitating entire pipeline systems. This technique involves inserting a new liner that fully conforms to the existing pipe’s shape, effectively sealing and reinforcing it against leaks and corrosion. The process is efficient and non-destructive, ensuring minimal disruption to surrounding environments. Full Lining is ideal for pipelines with extensive damage and can accommodate a variety of pipe materials and diameters, ensuring a long-lasting and robust solution.

CIPP Lining (Spot Lining)

Waterland offers an innovative trenchless rehabilitation technique known as Spot Lining, ideal for repairing defective pressurized or non-pressurized pipelines. This method allows for the repair of pipe and joint lengths up to 5 meters, even in cases of significant infiltration. We use fiberglass-reinforced laminates or stainless steel to restore the structural integrity of host pipes. Our range of packers efficiently transports resin-impregnated materials to repair points, with options for both short and flexible relining.

V-Liner™

Our V-Liner technology provides a non-destructive solution for pipe rehabilitation. Unlike traditional methods that cause significant disruption, V-Liner utilizes epoxy coating blown-in technology, allowing contaminated pipelines to be cleaned and relined by circulating airflow. This method is safe for potable water and cures in less than four hours, making it an efficient choice for various applications, including 90-degree bends and tee-branch connections.

Blueline-liner™

The Blueline-liner technology is a quick and non-destructive structural repair system designed for pipe leaks, blockages, and other issues. This pulled-in-place method restores pipes ranging from 40mm to 1000mm in diameter without any digging or destruction. It offers structural strength to both new and existing pipes and applies to various materials, including PVC, clay, and metal.

Thermoform

Thermoform utilizes steam for installation, resulting in a continuous, structural PVC pipe that conforms tightly to the original host pipe. This method eliminates the need for harmful chemicals during installation and allows for easy removal if necessary. It is suitable for non-pressure sewer and culvert rehabilitation, offering a cleaner and safer alternative to traditional methods.
